Garlic Herb Shrimp

Perfectly seasoned with a blend of Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, garlic powder and garlic and herb butter - the ultimate Holiday Party Appetizer.


  • 1 lb. Gulf Shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 cup Minerva Dairy Garlic and Herb Butter
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt


Peel and devein shrimp, rinse well. Combine Corn Starch and all dry ingredients and mix with the shrimp until evenly coated. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink on one side and turn. As the shrimp cook all the way through, add the Parmesan cheese and Lemon Zest and toss to coat. Garnish with Lemon Wedges.
